FOUNDATIONS AND GRANTS

DELTA THETA PHI FOUNDATION, INC.

TO RECEIVE ANNUAL AWARDS make sure your senate is ACTIVE and send a list of officers and membership applications to the International Office every year. The Certification of Foundation Form must be competed annually and signed by the applicable student senate as well as the by a representative of the law school where the student senate is located. A copy of the fully completed form must be submitted to:

Delta Theta Phi Foundation, Inc.,  a separate Section 501(c)(3) private foundation, which is not a part of The Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Internationaldistributes cash awards to ACTIVE student senates with IRS qualified scholarship funds.  Student senates should take advantage of this opportunity and receive funds from the Delta Theta Phi Foundation.

THE DELTA THETA PHI LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION

The Delta Theta Phi Leadership Foundation, is a separate Section 501(c)(3), which was created to further the leadership opportunities and training. To fulfill its mission, the Leadership Foundation raises money from members and other supporters and then gives that money away in the form of scholarships and grants for leadership training, and professional & educational programming of the Fraternity and its senates. All members of Delta Theta Phi are encouraged to support the Leadership Foundation and its mission and programs through annual contributions. All contributions are deductible for estate and income tax purposes as permitted by law. Please contact the International Office to make a contribution.
